Fire Engine Rally Fun

We spent a fun Saturday morning exploring fire engines at the annual Fire Engine Rally. Sometimes, it is so much easier to just stay at home, but I do love making memories like these with our little family! Even if we did spend most of the morning chasing Baby Bear around. Haha!

So, this cute Little Man has developed a bit of an independent streak. This summer,  he decided he was ready to start showering on his own. I knew it was probably time, but I was waiting for the decision to be his. He is doing great! We start the water, hand him a washcloth and he yells for us when he is done. My sweet boy is growing up and it makes this tired momma's life just a bit easier in the evenings.

This guy

This guy here is AH-MAZ-ING! I came home from getting my hair done this morning-he had all the laundry done and cleaned the bathroom! All while keeping the peace between the boys too. Yep, he is pretty incredible and I am so blessed he is mine! 

Oh, my sweet second born...

This one, ladies and gentleman, will be my risk taker, boundary pusher, limit tester and daredevil. He is no longer content to be pushed leisurely in his stroller, but insists on pushing it himself or walking. I lost count of how many times I said, "Jaden, stay on the sidewalk." I love this second born son of mine!

My Momma

There are not adequate words to say how much I love and appreciate this amazing lady! She came to my rescue once again today without hesitation or question. She is simply incredible and I love her so very much. As you can see, J Bear is pretty attached to his Maw too!

 And we love this awesome Papa too! No one could take his place for sure!

Jaden and the Makeup

Sounds interesting, doesn't it? Why would Jaden need makeup? I had just gotten the boys bathed/showered and into their pj's last night. I sat down to take a breath and heard, "MOM, he's in your makeup in your PURSE!" #neveradullmoment
