Miss Michelle

Somehow, Mommy completely forgot about Baby Bear's Open House at Victory. Today was Jaden's first official day with Miss Michelle, even though he started in her class a few weeks ago. We LOVE her and she is a perfect fit for our sweet boy!

We love Grandma MaryAnn! She is always so excited to have company and the boys just show off for her. They really can do no wrong in her eyes. We are so blessed to have this sweet lady continually praying for our family. 

Frisco Train Store

Camden loved Thomas the Train! Jaden likes playing with trains but not near as much as his big brother did. Today we decided to take the boys to the Frisco Train Store to play-indoor activities are a must in this St. Louis heat. I don't know who had more fun-Jaden or Camden?! They both played for a long time!

First Family 5K

Family Fun Day

We decided at the last minute to have a family fun day at St. Francios State Park. This little gem of a place is just about 30 minutes from our house. We got there early, set up camp in the shade and had a fabulous time. We stayed cool on a super hot day! And the best part-it was FREE!W The boys played in the "sand" and explored. Mommy had packed us a sack lunch, so we had a picnic to end our day. I love simple free days and I am learning to love nature since I see a lot of time outdoors in my future.

Sports Camp

Camden had a great time at sports camp this week at White Flag Christian Church. He learned a lot of new basketball skills while learning how to be more compassionate as well. Today, this sweet boy wanted to have a lemonade stand to raise money for kids at a church in Ecuador. Of course, he picked the hottest day of the year to do this lemonade stand, so Mommy and Daddy weren't thrilled.

My Facebook post from day 2 of the lemonade stand: Well, he's back at it again. Is it bad that mommy wants to offer him our entire change jar for Ecuador in exchange for going inside?!

Who really eats snow cones anyway?

We had the bright idea to take the boys for sno cones, but had no idea that the only sno cone place in Festus has shaved ice. Shaved ice melts VERY quickly, so needless to say, Jaden made quite the mess. Good times!

July Fourth

I love that holidays are spent with family. We may not do anything super excited, but we are together and that is all that matters. Happy 4th!

Swimming Lessons

We are so glad to have found sweet Dani to do swim lessons with the boys this summer! Camden and Jaden both loved her immediately and I am pretty certain she feels the same. They don't want to leave when their lessons are over!

Rare moments

These days, it is rare for the boys to get along. So, when Jaden was being especially loving after his nap-this momma made sure she had her phone to get a picture. He went around giving Daddy kisses, then Mommy and then Camden. This is one picture I will always love!

Sprink-a-ler

Just another day of fun with the family at our little blue house. My favorite part was the adorable way Jaden kept saying Let's play in the sprink-a-LER. We kept making him say it because it was too cute!
