Another Daddy's Boy

I read something on Facebook the other day that said: I never knew how much I loved your Daddy until I saw how much he loved you. This is exactly how I feel about Todd and our boys. Being a daddy comes so natural to him. And I have a feeling that Jaden will be another Daddy's boy just like his big brother Camden. I only wish Wayne and Barb could see their son as a father-they would be so proud!

Oh, this man!

So, Todd and I disagree on the issue of wearing athletic socks with dress pants. Neither of us will budge and so we agree to disagree. Yesterday at lunchtime, I get a text with pictures saying 3 out of 5 guys at lunch are wearing athletic socks with dress pants. I couldn't help but laugh. I love this man who makes me laugh. He may drive me crazy at times and we may not always see eye to eye, but he is my best friend and I love sharing life with him!

Triplets...well, kind of

They say great minds think alike-well apparently so. Schwartz, Schade and I all dressed the same yesterday. We cracked up when we saw each other. I am so thankful for a fun team of coworkers. It really does make life more fun! 

Look, Mom...

Nothing melts my heart more than his smile. He came running in the house yelling, "Look,  Mom I found you some flowers." An expensive bouquet doesn't hold a candle to these 3 dandelions. I love my sweet boy!

Weekend Wrap-up

This weekend was busy but alot of fun! Saturday was Upward soccer, family time dealing the plumbing and visiting Daddy at the Mineral Area Relays. Sunday we went to see Alex get baptized and then to lunch at Ravanelli's. I love our little family.

Love is in the air

So, evidently, there's a romance in Ms. Ronda's class. I got a call last week that Camden fell and hit his head. Ms. Ronda said that Camden and Lucy were dancing at their wedding and when Camden tried to twirl Lucy, he fell and hit his head. The funniest part was that Ms. ROnda was holding the ice pack on Camden's head and Lucy said, "Here, Ms. Ronda, I will do it. I'm his wife." Haaaaa! Talk about cracking me up!
Then, on Tuesday, Lucy's mom, who works with Todd, tags me in this Facebook: Andrea Melton Medley we might be in trouble...This little cutie told me she and Camden were engarraged! Funny stuff.

Fast forward to today. Camden get his first love note in his mailbox from Lucy. He said, "Hey, I didn't color this!" I turned it over and this is what I see. Love it! So, we start talking about Lucy and he informs me that he KISSED her on the cheek!!! Oh dear, I am so not ready for this!

4 months

You have definitely started to be more interactive this month! Mommy forgot how much fun this age is. You are cooing and talking to your toys. You try to reach for them as well. Your favorite is your floor play mat. You can make the animals move and make noise.
You are still smiling all the time and you have even laughed a few times.
You love to suck on your first and your sleeve is almost always wet. You do not take a binky at all anymore. Being tongue tied, it is just too hard for you to keep in your mouth.
You are big drooler. Aunt Beth thinks maybe you will get teeth early.
You still eat 5 ounces every 4 hours. But you have become a very distracted eater. You want to smile and look around while you are eating which means your feeding takes longer. We started putting cereal in your bottle at your bedtime feeding. You sometimes will sleep through the night, but it's not a habit yet. Mommy and Daddy really enjoy those night when you do!
