Planes, trains and automobiles

Trucks in our bed, vehicles on the kitchen floor and table, boats in the bathtub, bulldozers and excavators on the patio-these are signs that a little boy lives here. And since two little boys actually live here, I think it will probably get worse before it gets better. I get frustrated sometimes because the boy's toys are underfoot and in the way, but I tell Todd our love grows best in a little house. His response was, "Yes it does...it would grow best in a bigger house too!" He makes me laugh! I will always love our little blue house and the memories we are making here.

Just because

My Facebook post from today:
Because even though there is laundry to be folded, dishes to be cleaned and papers to be graded, I can't resist his sweet voice saying, "Mommy, will you color with me?"

And he's off!

9 Months

And you are finally crawling!! No army crawl for you-you went straight for the real deal. It is time to baby proof the house. Jaden is on the move. Sometimes, we use your pack 'n play to block you in the living room and you do not like it. You are also pulling up now. We have had to move lots of things out of your reach and we have to remind Camden all the time to do the same.
You are grinding your teeth and it sends shivers up Mommy's spine. You always have your hands in your mouth, so we assume your top teeth are trying to come in. You also make a little growling sound at times.
You are such a happy baby. You hardly ever cry except when you are sick or hurting.
When we are feeding you, you will grab ahold of the spoon with your teeth and won't let go.
You can hold your bottle, but you really prefer for Mommy or Daddy to hold it for you. You do this shrugging thing with your shouders but we can't figure out why. You just do it at random times.
