Daddy's Spot

While Daddy is hunting, this little snuggle bug is "taking Daddy's spot" he says.  Love this little man!!

Chapped lips

This little cutie had to come see Mommy because his lips were chapped. It brightened my day just to see his face. Love this little kindergartener!

A Castle?

Mom kept Camden while I had a PDC day today. She sent me this text: "When we drove up the driveway, Camden asked me if I thought my house looked like a castle. He said Well, I do."
Ha! I replied to Mom that compared our little blue house, your house does look a castle. But I do love our little blue house and the memories we are making here.

11 months

You are back to sleeping good at night. You go to bed about 7:30pm and wake up around 6:30am. You get a bottle when you wake up and eat breakfast at Carens. Then you have lunch and another bottle at 11:30. You get another bottle after nap and a snack. You eat dinner at home and get your cup. Then, you have cereal and another bottle before bed. You are eating 3rd foods still with some table food mixed in. I have a feeling you will be completely on table food next month. 

You are so loving right now. You will crawl up to us and lay your head on our lap or you will lay your hand on our shoulder when we are holding you. You will say Aw-Aw and pat us. 

You really don't like sitting in your exosaucer anymore-you like to be free to crawl. You get mad when we close the doors in the hallway and have started to make noises to show us when you don't like something. 

You had your first Parents as Teachers visit and you are right on schedule developmentally. You and Camden loved playing with Melissa and her activities. 

You are into EVERYTHING, especially in the kitchen. We have to put the trash can up on the counter. You like to play in the dryer when Mommy is doing laundry. We are going to have to put locks on the cabinets soon. Although we let you play in the pots and pans in the oven drawer. 

You got 3 more teeth this month, so now you have five. 

Rachel

Rachel is the boy's new babysitter. She works in both boy's rooms at Victory and they absolutely LOVE her! She is awesome with them and we are thankful for a good babysitter. I did tell her it made me feel a little old giving her all the instructions because I used to be the babysitter for my girls, Kate and Kara. Now, it's my turn to be the parent. LOL This is a picture she sent me when she had Jaden in the nursery on Sunday.
