First Grade Field Trip

This year, both Mommy and Daddy took off for Little Man's field trip and were chaperones. We spent the day with our sweet boy at Grant's Farm and then Kade's Playground. It was a beautiful day making memories together!

Timmy the Turtle

Daddy brought home a turtle for the boys and Camden named him Timmy. He was fun for a few days, but then he decided our yard wasn't his home and ran away. Mommy was a little glad-she was afraid someone was going to get bit. But poor Camden was a bit devastated.

Just one picture, boys!

I will admit I can be pretty demanding when it comes to pictures, especially on holidays. But I have come a long way! I have conceded to let Camden wear sunglasses due his sensitive eyes and if Jaden is looking at the camera, I am happy. So when I discovered that Todd has kept snapping pictures when I was trying to get a booger out of Jaden's nose, I had a good laugh. These are priceless. I love how Camden's face changes from a big smile to a worried look by the last picture.

Everyone can't get over how good Camden is at catching for never having done it before. I'm so proud of this little man and his love for sports. He is one tough cookie! (And Mommy is getting faster faster at putting all the catcher gear on each inning!)
