Bonding over football
Papa took Camden to the Windsor vs. Hillsboro game and he sent me these pictures. Little Man loves him some football but the cars Mommy packed came in handy as well. And of course, he got to spend the night at Grandma and Papa's. I am so thankful for the relationship my dad is building with our sweet boy.

Happy Home Anniversary
Todd and I were surprised to receive a Happy 9th Anniversary card from the realtors who helped us purchase our first home, Jim and Charlotte Siebert. IT is hard to believe we have lived here for 9 years! We joked that maybe we should call them and see if they could help us sell it to another couple starting out. We have loved our little blue house and as much as we want more space, we may have to just be content here for a little longer.

Counting my blessings
This afternoon, I was sitting behind the boys and happened to catch this moment of laughter between them. I could not stop looking at the picture afterwards. The song Count Your Blessings came to my mind and I just sat there thinking about how blessed I am. These two precious, happy, healthy babies are my blessings for sure!

A long over due visit
Back to school is a crazy time and we have missed seeing Papa Richard and Grandma MaryAnn. We promised them both it would not be long before we visited again.

Planes, trains and automobiles
Trucks in our bed, vehicles on the kitchen floor and table, boats in the bathtub, bulldozers and excavators on the patio-these are signs that a little boy lives here. And since two little boys actually live here, I think it will probably get worse before it gets better. I get frustrated sometimes because the boy's toys are underfoot and in the way, but I tell Todd our love grows best in a little house. His response was, "Yes it does...it would grow best in a bigger house too!" He makes me laugh! I will always love our little blue house and the memories we are making here.
