Our First Hawk game

Friday night was Todd's first game coaching the Hawks. Camden was so excited to watch the Hawks play, but spent most of the night playing with the other coach's kids. Hillsboro has the perfect area on a hill for us to put chairs and watch the game, while letting the kids play. Camden doesn't have a short sleeved Hawks shirt(and yes, that was a meltdown before we left for the game), so a football shirt had to do. Mommy is working on getting our family's wardrobe  ready for Friday nights. My favorite part of the night was watching the band and cheerleaders line up to cheer the teaam on the field before the game.

It was also neat to watch the kids line up along the fence to watch the players and coaches go past at half-time. I love that Todd made time to stop and talk to Camden.

 

The highlight of the eveing for Little Man was getting to go on the field with Daddy after the game. I love watching them together. Camden has inherited his Daddy's love for the game!
